The project included re-siding the exterior of two 3-story buildings and re-roofing and replacing 252 windows. Additionally, 100 units received new finishes, including new kitchen & bathroom cabinetry, flooring & paint.

In 2009, we replaced all of the windows on the south side of one building. The new owners decided to replace all of them so they would match the windows being installed at this time on the second building.
